Obituary	MRS. DELVA A. HATCH Funeral services were held at the Crosby Funeral Home at Dexter Saturday afternoon for Mrs. Delva A. Hatch, 86, who died Jan. 30 at the Bangor home of her daughter, Mrs. Thelma Collicut. The Rev. Richard J. Norsworthy of the First Universalist Church officiated. The remains were entombed to await spring burial. The wife of Harry Hatch, she was born at Dexter, Sept. 2, 1871, daughter of Henry and Cordelia Brawn Safford. She received her education in the Dexter schools, and taught here for eight years. After marrying Harry Hatch in 1897, she spent most of her life in Corinna. Besides her husband of Bangor, she is survived by four sons, Alton and France of Corinna, Hiram of Newport and Ray of Dexter; three daughters, Mrs. Collicut of Bangor, Mrs. Mary Nutter, Newport and Mrs. Laura Parker, of Parkman; 19 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
