Obituary	DEXTER - Robert John "Bob" Lessard 73, died peacefully with his family by his side on December 28, 2023 from heart and kidney complications. Bob grew up in Dexter, Maine and graduated from Dexter Regional High School in 1969. Bob worked the majority of his career at Dexter Shoe/Born Shoe until his retirement in 2008. Bob was a love of 60's music, particularly one hit wonders, love the Los Angeles Chargers, lighthouses, cardinals, and meteorology, but most of all he loved his family. He was always quick with a joke, a story, or some 60's music trivia in which he always knew the answer to. His family is devastated to have him gone so soon, but are determined to keep his spirit alive with humor and love he brought to all that knew him. Bob was predeceased by his parents, Faustina and Alcide, and his brother Daryl. He is survived by his sister, Deborah; his beloved wife, Deb, two daughters, Shawna and her husband Noah from Palmyra, Heather and her husband Chad from North Carolina; 2 grandsons Coty and his wife Lindsey, and Dustin and his wife Trista; 6 great grandchildren Kraiden, Kalum, Daigen, Ellizabeth, Kinleigh and Easton. The family will be conducting a private celebration of life to honor his memory this month.
