Obituary	MRS. M. EUGENE LAROE Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Crosby Funeral Home for Mrs. Annie Gertrude LaRoe, 64, wife of M. Eugene LaRoe, who died suddenly Sunday at their Grove st. home. The Rev. Walter B. Wakeman of the First Baptist Church officiated and burial was in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Bearers were: Linwood Seavey, Floyd Hammond, Westley Richards and Ted Bryant. Martha Washington Rebekah Lodge attended in a body. She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Elmer Lyon of Lincoln; a brother, Charles Green of Sebec; and three grandchildren. The daughter of William and Nellie Green, she was born at Sebec, Aug. 5, 1892. A resident of Dexter for some 30 years, she previously lived in Dover-Foxcroft and Sebec. Mrs. LaRoe was a school teacher for a number of years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dexter, the Elizabeth Towle Guild of that church, and Martha Washington Rebekah Lodge No. 39, of which she was treasurer.
