Obituary	Dexter and Florida - Regina R. Utter, 69, passed away in Florida, Sept. 16, 2022. She was born in Dexter, ME on Dec. 12, 1952. Regina graduated Dexter High School in 1971, and attended Husson College, where she earned a business degree. Regina moved to NY, where she worked for Statewide Insurance. She later worked for Klamstream Tavern in NY, and U.S. Cellular in Tennessee. In 1982 she married Ron Utter. Her and Ron raised three children in Clifton Park, NY, and later in Madisonville, Tennessee, until his death in Sept. 2012. Regina later met Robert Martin. They resided in Oklahoma, then moved to Trenton, FL, within the last year where she passed away. Regina was predeceased by her husband, Ron; parents; Reginald and Ethel Reeks. She is survived by her companion, Robert Martin of Trenton, FL; son, Michael Utter and wife, Donna, of Decatur, Tennessee; two stepchildren, one in Tennessee, and one in North Carolina; daughter, Melissa and her husband, C.J. Disney of Merritt Island, FL; and her six children, Amanda and husband, Jamie Pearson, and their six children, of Madisonville, Tennessee; her sister, Sheila and husband, Kevin O'Brien, of Bilox, Mississippi, and their 3 children and six grandchildren of which daughter, Shannon O'Brien, who Regina had a special bond with; her brother, Donald N. Reeks wife, Marie of Glenburn; and three children and four grandchildren. She will be remembered as a kind, caring, soul. Graveside service will be held at a later date.
