Obituary	MRS. HENRY L. FORGETTE Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Crosby Funeral Home for Mrs. Gertrude F. Forgette, 80, wife of Henry L. Forgette, who died early Saturday morning at the Plummer Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. The Rev. Richard J. Norsworthy of the First Universalist Church officiated. Bearers were: Malcolm Mitchell of E. Corinth; Vernon Burton, Walter Field and Olan Burton, all of Dexter. The remains were entombed for spring burial at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. She was born at Ripley, April 20, 1876, daughter of George H. and Cordelia (Puffer) Thurston. Mrs. Forgette lived in Portland and Boston before moving to Dexter 25 years ago. She was a milliner and had studied china paintirg. She was a charter member of the Auxiliary of Shirley B. Carter Post, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and a member of the Dexter Woman's Literary Club, the U. F. Club, Plummer Memorial Hospital Associates and the Universalist Ladies' Aid. Besides her husband, she is survived by a brother, Harry A. Thurston, and a sister, Mrs. Georgie Jock, both of Dexter; and several nieces and nephews.
