Obituary	DEXTER- After a courageous battle with cancer Gail Irene Nelson passed away March 31, 2020 at Eastern Maine Medical Center. Gail was born in Dexter on October 14, 1951, the daughter of Perry Davis Nelson and Phyllis (Pearl) Nelson. She graduated from Dexter Regional High School in 1970 and worked in the Dexter Shoe Factory along with most of her family and friends. She is survived by significant other Mike Gould of 26 years. Sons Tracey Gould and Travis Gould and his spouse, Jamie Gould. Grandsons Blaine Gould and Tyler Gould, who she cherished and adored. Brother David Nelson, sister Diane White and her spouse, Gordon White. Also, loved by Stacy Green and Tara Gould. Per Gail's request there will be a celebration of life to be determined at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
