Obituary	DEXTER - Diana Lee (Nelson) Berube, 72, passed away November 14, 2020. She was born January 15, 1948, in Dexter, Maine, the daughter of Edward and Alberta (Nye) Nelson. Diana was a 1966 graduate of Corinna Union Academy. When she was young, she worked at her parents' restaurant, Nelson's Diner, in Corinna; and then at Dexter Shoe Company for 26 years. Diana enjoyed traveling, quilting, crafting and gardening. She adored and was passionate about taking care of her family, and was an amazing "Mimi" to her grandchildren. Diana is survived by her husband of 46 years, Stan Berube of Dexter, Maine; a daughter, Sandra (and husband Bill) Fletcher of Falmouth, Maine; and their children, Katie, Anna, and Grace; a son, Roger (and wife Cheryl) Berube of Springtown, Texas; and children Jamie, Stevie, and Bridgitte; brother and sister-in-law, Reggie and Paula Nelson of Carmel, Maine; brother, Ronnie Nelson of Corinna, Maine; a special niece, Karen (and husband Adam) Russell of Newport, Maine; and their children Owen and Madelynn; a special aunt, Diane Nye of Corinna, Maine; three great-grandchildren; and several aunts and uncles. A private graveside service will be held in the spring.
