Obituary	Judy Ann Welch "One Feather" passed away peacefully with family by her side at Dexter Healthcare on January 23, 2019. Judy was born in Dexter, Maine on March 9, 1956 to Kenneth and Alice (Fickett) Bagley. She was a published author. Judy worked many jobs; Guilford Woolen Mill, Potato Harvester, Flagger U-Maine College. Her passion was her CNA work, which she did for many years. She loved spending time with her granddaughters who she loved so very much. She is survived by her son, Heath Bagley and wife Amanda, Their two daughters Lily May and Shealyn Rose of Ripley, ME. She is also survived by two brothers James and wife Rebecca Bagley, Timothy ansd wife Debbie Bagley of St. Albans;one sister, Mary and husband Floyd Day of St. Albans; one half-sister Vala Bagley and husband Vinnie of the country of Norway; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She is also survived by two special friends "sisters" Wendy Cooper and her husband Darren and Diane Brown. She was predeceased by her mother and father along with three older brothers, John, Lewis and Larry. A celebration of life with family and friends will be held July 27,2019 at the home of Heath and Amanda Bagley beginning at 12 Noon. In lieu of flowers, cards and donations at this time, Heath and Amanda welcome your tributes and contributions during her celebration in July.
