Obituary	Gladys Garnett, 70, died in a Waterville hospital Thursday morning, Aug. 1965. She was born in Ripley March 8, 1895, daughter of Reuben and Emily (Sampson) Henderson. She was educated in Ripley schools and was married to Perry Malcolm July 14, 1913. they settled in Dexter, later moving to Plymouth. He died in 1947. She was married to William H. Garnett in 1961. They settled here. Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Arlene Reynolds of Etna, and Mrs. Beulah Cowan in Winthrop; four sons, Warren and Floyd Malcolm of Wiscasset, Perry Malcolm of Bath and Duane Malcolm of Dixmont; 25 grand children; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the Farnham Funeral Home, Newport.Friends may call at at the funeral home Saturday afternoon and evening.
