Obituary	Betty Hamilton, 88, died November 18,2Ol7 at a Dover-Foxcroft healthcare facility. She was born June 3, 1929 in Dexter, a daughter of Donald and Erma (Packard) Colbath. She graduated from N. H. Fay High School, Class of 1947. In her early years, she was co-owner of the Sears store in Dexter. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, the Cleora Rebekahs, the TOPS Club, and the Golden Age Club, all of Dexter. She is survived by 3 sons, Greg and wife Mila of Dexter, Robert and wife Earlene of Dover-Foxcroft, James and wife Rachel of Dexter; 4 daughters, Debbie and husband Roy Taylor of Dover-Foxcroft, Susan and husband Michael McCormick of Dexter, Lynda and husband Jerry Patterson, and Lorna Leighton, all of East Orland; 2-brothers, Shirl and wife Brenda Colbath of Arizona, Tim and wife Vornie Colbath of Florida; 20 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Donna Lancaster; and 2 brothers, Jerry and Dalton Colbath. A memorial service will be held at 1 P.M. Friday, December 15th, at Crosby & Neal, 61 Main Street, Dexter, with the Rev. Ray Beless officiating. Spring interment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery, Garland.
