Obituary	Mary (Morrill) Stafford, 77, died July 9. 1988 at a Dexter nursing home after a long illness. She was born Dec. 17, 1910. at Dexter, the daughter of Alexander and Percie (Thompson) Morrill. She attended Dexter schools and Corinna Union Academy. On Dec. 7, 1935, she married Kenneth O. Stafford. She was a member of Ripley Methodist Church, Ripley Extension, the Christmas Carol Club. She was the former president of the Ripley Ladies Aid and was a tireless worker in that organization for many years. She was former member of the Ripley Grange. She is survived by her husband of Ripley her son, Kenneth M. of Dexter; a brother John Morrill of Buffalo, N.Y.; four grandchildren, a great granddaughter and several nieces and nephews. Friends called July 11 at the Crosby and Neal Funeral Home, Dexter. Funeral services were held July 12 at the Ripley Methodist Church with the Rev. Helen Zigmund officiating. Interment was in the Ferndale Cemetery, Ripley. Donations can be made to the Memorial Fund of the Ripley United Methodist Church in care of Ernest Sevey, RFD 3 Dexter, ME, 04930
