Obituary	Mrs. Ada Foster, 77, of Ripley died at a Dexter hospital Jan 7 after a short illness, She was the widow of Guy Foster. She was born Jan 12,1896,at Houlton the daughter of David and Jane (Armstrong) Armstrong, She was a member of the Ripley Methodist Church, the Ripley Ladies Aid, the Ripley Extension, the Wassookeag Chapter Eastern Star Club and Keystone Chapter No 78 OES, of Solon. She worked for several years at the Solon Manufacturing Co. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Levi (Mildred) Hanson of Ripley, Mrs Everett (Charlotte) Russell of LaGrange, and Mrs. George (Thea) Stewart Farmingdale; one sister, Mrs. Bernice Wiggins of Houlton; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Crosby Funeral Hoe in Dexter. Spring burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Solon.
