Obituary	Pearl E. Harris, 78, widow of Eugene Harris, died Aug. 2 at the Plummer Hospital in Dexter. She was born at Ripley, March l, 1894, the daughter of William and Sadie Pratt. She was a music teacher for many years and played I an orchestra for local dances. She is the member of the First Free Baptist Church, Dexter and the Ripley Grange. She is survived by several cousins. Funeral services were held Saturday at the Ripley Methodist Church. Burial was in the Ferndale Cemetery, Ripley.
