Obituary	Mrs. Ivey (Alice) Harris, 74. died Feb. 10 at a Waterville hospital after a brief illness. She was born at Cambridge Dec. 10. 1896, the daughter of Leonard I and Mabel (Skillings) Stafford. She married Ivey Harris at Ripley April 5, 1924. She attended high school in Dexter and was employed by the Morrison Woolen Mills in Dexter for several years before moving to Fairfield in 1925. She is past president of the Mable Wentworth Philathea class and the Everywoments Fellowship League of the First Baptist Church. For many years she was a member and soloist at the Goodwill Rebekah Lodge. She was also a member of Victor Grange, Somerset Pomona and the Maine State Grange. Survivors besides her husband include two daughters, Mrs. Linwood (Freda) Greenleaf of Orlando Fla. and Mrs David (Elizabeth) Ross of Attleboro, Mass; four grand children seven great grandchildren; a sister Mrs. Mildred Katon of Dexter; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Saturday at the Lawry Brothers Funeral Home in Fairfield. Rebekah Memorial services were held Friday evening at the funeral home.
