Obituary	GORDON CHILSON REARDON Funeral services for the Rev. Gordon Chilson Reardon, 53, of Hartland, Vt., formerly of Dexter, were held Sunday, June 24, at a Windsor, Vt., funeral home. The Rev. Cornelius Heija officiated. A clipping received here late last week stated that Mr. Reardon suffered a heart attack while driving alone. The car careened across the road, and down a 15 foot embankment. He had retired as minister of the Hartland, Vt., Community Church June 1 of this year because of ill health. Born in Ludlow, Vt., Sept. 15, 1902 he was the son of Mrs. Gratia Morgan Reardon and the late John V. Reardon. He attended schools in Barre, Vt., graduated from Claremont High School in 1921, and from Tufts College in 1925. He served Universalist and Community churches in Woodsville, Vt., Waterville, Me., Brooklyn, N. Y. and the Dexter church from 1941 to 1947. The past six years he served the Hartland, Vt. church and for four years was chaplain of Vermont State Prison at Windsor. Besides his mother, Mrs. Gratia Reardon of Athol, Mass., he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Roberta R. Briggs of North Conway, N. H., and Miss Nancy H. Reardon, Evansville, Ind., two sons, Gordon Chilson Reardon, Jr., Hartland, Vt., and Jon M. Reardon, Evansville, Ind., and one sister, Mrs. Gratia M. Fisher of Athol, Mass.
