Obituary	DAVID S. HOWLAND David Spencer Howland, 3, son of LeRoy and Barbara (Spencer) Howland, Jr., of Cambridge, Mass. died July 4 in a hospital in that city after a long illness. Private funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at two o'clock at the Crosby Funeral Home in Dexter. The Rev. Richard J. Norsworthy of the First Universalist Church will officiate. Burial will be in the family lot at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Friends are requested to omit flowers and instead donate to the Jimmy Fund. David was born in Cambridge, Mass., January 1, 1953. Besides his parents he is survived by his maternal grandfather William R. Spencer of Dexter, and paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Howland, Sr., of Middletown, Conn.
