Obituary	Robert (Bob) Dean Rand was born on September 3, 1923. He was the son of Joseph Rand and Ellen Fraught. Bob passed away on February 1, 2017, at the age of 93, in his home in Parker, CO. Bob spent his childhood years through high school in his beloved Dexter, Maine. After high school, Bob joined the Army Air Corps where he became a bomber pilot. After his time in the military service, Bob settled in Colorado. His career took two major turns in life, his first career was in alcohol distribution and in his second, and longer career, he was a realtor. Bob was a successful realtor with Moore, Van Schaack, and later he partnered in creating the Devonshire Company. Bobs passions were fishing, golf, play cards, and enjoying drinks and conversation with friends and family. His fondest memories were of times when he was on the boat in Lake Powell. Bob was preceded in death by his wife Jacqueline Rand, his two sons (Clarke and Bob Jr.), and daughter (Carrie). He is survived by his daughter Stephanie Rand of Carbondale, CO; his grandchildren Tonya Bernardy, Jason Rand, Kristina Picklesimer, and John Boese; his great grandchildren Kaitlyn, Shea, Jacob, Orion, Jayse, Golden, Ella, Hunter, and Blake.
