Obituary	Mrs. Grace Farrar (nee Young) died at the Medical Center in Jersey City, N.J.. She was 74 years old. Mrs. Farrar was born in Warren, Maine, where she spent her early years. She came to West Ripley in 1917 where she taught school prior to her marriage to Reginald Farrar, son of William H. and Caroline Farrar. Mrs. Farrar was predeceased by her husband, Reginald and her son, Richard who was killed in action in World War ll. She is survived by a brother Clarence of Warren, Maine and a sister Cora Elliott of Alexandria, Virginia. She is the mother of Dr. Reginald Farrar of Jersey City, N.J. There are 11 grandchildren. Mrs. Farrar was active in the Methodist Church. She was a member Nova Caesarea chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the General Society of Mayflower Descendants, the Daughters of the American Colonists, the National of New England Women. Interment will be June 28 in Ripley Cemetery.
