Obituary	Lila Vittum, 90, wife of the late Frank Vittum, died December 2, 1987 at her North Road residence. She was born in Ripley, June 19, 1897, the daughter of Melvin and Mae (Stafford) Thurston. She was a lifelong resident of Ripley. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Lloyd and Laurice Wood of Ripley; two grandson Lloyd Wood, Jr., of Nyack , NY and Michael Wood of Wellington; and three great-granddaughters.
