Obituary	Alta Thompson, 103, died February 28, 1986. at the Pittsfield Nursing Home. She was born I Brighton,, September 1, 1892, daughter of Ellery Sadie Hayden Brazier. She resided in Ripley most of her life. She was the wife of the late David Thompson. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Violet Sinclair of Ripley; two grandchildren; two grand-daughters-in-law; 12,great-grandchildren several great-great grandchildren; two great-great-great-grandchildren; one niece and two nephews Funeral services were Sunday, at the United Methodist Church, Ripley with the Rev. Ronald Parker of the Hartland Full Gospel Church officiating. Friends called at the Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter Saturday. A spring interment will be at Mount Rest Cemetery, Athens
