Obituary	ALONZO CLARK Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the residence on Forest street for Alonzo Clark, 83, who died at his home early Sunday morning after a long illness. The Rev. Richard J. Norsworthy of the First Universalist Church officiated. Bearers for Alonzo Clark funeral: Adrian Robinson, Arthur Brown, William Richardson and Maynard Prescott. Interment was in Elmwood Cemetery at Guilford. Mr. Clark was born at Mayfield, March 13, 1873, son of Daniel and Dolly (Bartlett) Clark. He married the former Minnie Greeley of Parkman in 1901 and in 1925 they moved to Dexter where they have since made their home. For a time he was employed in a local woolen mill, and for 13 years was caretaker of the Town Hall and Abbott Memorial Library. He was also a former custodian of the Universalist Church. Besides his wife, Minnie, he is survived by a brother, Walter Clark of Mentone, Calif., a sister, Mrs. Lester Murray of Dexter; several nieces and nephews.
