Obituary	Mrs. Abbie J. Gallagher, 85, widow of Frank Gallagher, died in her sleep early Tuesday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Robert Neal of Ripley. Friends may call at the Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Ripley Methodist Church. The Rev. Irvin Koelker, of the Corinna Methodist Church, will officiate. Interment will be in the Crocker Cemetery, St. Albans. Bearers will be E. Carl Crocker, John Murdock, Sr. of Dexter, Reuben McLean, St. Albans; and Vernon Mayo, Ripley. She was born at Linneus, January 8, 1877, daughter of Daniel and Lydia (Cripps) Crane. She was a member of the Linneus Methodist Church. She lived at St. Helens, Ore., for several years, but most of her life she had been a resident of Maine, and for the past three years had lived with her daughter here. She is survived by two sons, Jerry of Portland, Charles of St. Helens, Ore.: four daughters, Mrs. Nettie Paggert of Beaverton, Ore., Mrs. Annie Neal of Ripley, Mrs. Maude Carson of Norridgewock and Mrs. Gertrude of Pratt of Corinna a sister, Mrs. Lucy Malone of Hawthorne, Calif., 32 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
