Obituary	Child of 4, Accidently shot by brother of 9 Sheriff John W. Healey and medical examiner Dr. Walter S. Stinchfield were called to Ripley late Saturday afternoon to investigate the shooting of Chester Rummery, age 4 years, son of Mr. and Mrs. Albra Rummery, who was killed by a shot fired by his brother, Maurice, aged 9 years. The parents were away and the children were playing at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wibur Corson in a room where there were two sixteen guage shot guns. Maurice took one of the guns and some ammunition he found in the room and slipped a cartridge into it and fired the fatal shot. Dr. Stichfield pronounced the killing accidental.
