Obituary	Mrs. Effie Lord Cooley, wife of John Cooler, passed away, Oct. 11. Several weeks ago, she was critically ill,but gained enough so as to be able to be about the house and do some work; but her children had the measles, she caught them and was unable to withstand the disease. Besides her husband, she leaves four sons, Coburn, Ernest, Charles and Lloyd, and one daughter, Beatrice, all of whom have the deep sympathy of the community in their great sorrow. Funeral services were held at the home Sunday afternoon Rev. D.P. Pelley speaking words of comfort. Interment was in Ferndale cemetery.
