Obituary	Edward W. Farrar passed away March 7, nearly 63 years of age, after an illness of several days with pneumonia. Funeral services were held from the home March 10, Rev. F. Ernest Smith speaking words of comfort. Interment was in West Ripley cemetery. Besides his wife he leaves three sons, Ivan, Raymond, and Chester, and two daughters, Mrs. Vesta Wakefield and Mrs. Lina Butler and several grandchildren, one of whom Gladys Weeks, has lived with her grandparents since the death of her mother when very small, also one brother, Adelbert Farrar, of Harmony and two sister, Mrs. Marty Tibbetts of Harmony and Mrs. Viola Rowell of Solon. Mr.Farrar has held several town offices and was highly respected and will be greatly missed.
