Obituary	Charles Russell, an old citizen of West Ripley, passed away very suddenly Thursday afternoon from heart failure, following an attack of influenza. He leaves his wife and one son, Evan. Funeral services were held at his late home Saturday afternoon, Rev. Ernest Ham officiating. Interment was in the cemetery near the Brick schoolhouse. Those called here from out-of-town to attend the funeral were, Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Knight and Mr. and Mrs. Guy Parker of Waterville, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Pinagree of Augusta, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Libby of St. Albans. Mr. Russell was born in St. Albans and has spent all his life in that town and Ripley. His age was 57 years. Mrs. Alice Knight of Waterville is stopping with Mrs. Russell, who was very ill Monday but better Tuesday.
