Obituary	Funeral services for Mrs. Jennie (Tait) Hill, 84, widow of Walter E. Hill, were conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. at the home on lower Main Street, Dexter. The Rev. Richard H. Bird, Jr., pastor of the Guilford Universalist Church, officiated. Bearers were Lloyd Harvey Hatch, Sr., Malcolm Hatch, L. Harvey Hatch, Jr., Lloyd Dyer, Dana Luce and Almon Page, Sr. Interment was at Mt. Pleasant cemetery. Mrs. Hill, born in Dexter, the daughter of William and Margaret (Fairgrieve) Tait, died at her home Sunday evening after a long illness. She received her education in the local schools and was a member of rthe first graduating class in 1882 of Dexter High School. She attended the First Universalist Church, was a member of Wassookeag Chapter O. E. S., and a past noble grand of Martha Washington Rebekah Lodge. She was also a former mmember of the U.F. Club and the Dexter Womans Literary Club. Surviving are a son, John M., three daughters, Mrs. Elsie Sharpe, Miss Estelle M., Mrs. Winifred Hatch; one brother, Frank Tait, of Dexter; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
