Obituary	MRS. JOHN GODSOE Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Dexter Methodist for Mrs. Gertrude Mabel Godsoe, wife of John Godsoe, who died Friday at the Plummer Hospital after a short illness. The Rev. Hartwell Daley officiated. The remains were entombed at Guilford and burial will take place later in the Sangerville Village cemetery. Mrs. Godsoe was born in Atkinson, daughter of Addison and Elizabeth Barney Harvey, and had lived most of her life in Sangerville. She was a member of North Dexter Grange and a Gold Star mother. Besides her husband, John, of Dexter, she is survived by three sons, James D. Mitchell of Greenville, W. H. Mitchell of Guilford, B. C. Mitchell of Wheatland, Cal.; two daughters, Mrs. Charlene Lincoln of Dexter, Mrs. Bernice Priest of Sangerville; one brother, Harold Harvey, Atkinson; a sister, Mrs. Sue Barber of Deer Isle; six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
