Obituary	MRS. SADIE PEARL Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon for Mrs. Sadie Pearl, 78, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ruby Hussey, Church street. The widow of John Pearl, she died last Thursday at her daughter's home after a long illness. The Rev. Hartwell Daley officiated. The remains were placed in the receiving tomb to await spring burial at Mt. Pleasant cemetery. Four nephews acted as bearers. They were Stanley White, Garland, Robert, Gordon and Donald White, all of Dover-Foxcroft. She was born in Sebec, Jan. 6, 1877, the daughter of Benjamin and Marcia (Garland) Dumphy. Mrs. Pearl came here from Charleston. She is survived by one son, George, of Dexter; two daughters, Mrs. Ruby Hussey, with whom she made her home, and Mrs. Lena White of Dover-Foxcroft; one brother, Lewis Dumphy of North Weymouth, Mass.; one grandson, Kenneth Carter, Dexter, several nieces and nephews.
