Obituary	FRANK M. HOWARD Funeral services with Masonic rites were held last Friday in the North Billerica, Mass., Baptist Church for Frank M. Howard, 87, who died Dec. 21 at his Billerica home after a month's illness. Interment was in Massachusetts. Surviving besides his wife, Mabel West Howard, are two sons, Frank Weston Howard, Medford, Mass., and Stanley Howard, Pittsfield, Mass.; a sister, Mrs. Maurice Percival of Bangor; several grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Born in Dexter, son of Daniel H. and Anna Howard, he received his education in the local schools and learned the machinist trade in the Fav & Scott machine shop. After conducting an automobile business here for a time he went to Boston and for many years was employed at the Charlestown Navy Yard, a position he held until retirement. He was a member of the Masonic bodies for many years.
