Obituary	EDWARD P. WOODBURY Funeral services were held at the Crosby Funeral Home Tuesday afternoon for Edward P. Woodbury, 30, who died at Brunswick Friday. The Rev. Hartwell Daley of the Methodist Church officiated and burial was in Mt. Pleasant cemetery. He was born at North Dexter, Feb. 27, 1924, son of William and Hannah (Curtis) Woodbury. He had served in the United States Army. Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife, Agnes (Hemphill) Woodbury of Dexter; seven brothers, Francis of Lincoln, Maynard, Warren, Earl, Rodney, William and Richard, all of ; two sisters, Margaret of this town and Mrs. Arline Goldsmith of Montville. Woodbury's body was found in a parked car at Brunswick last Friday. The car registration and driver's license issued in the names of two of his brothers led to his identification by his parents and wife. A Portland physician, who performed an autopsy, said Woodbury died of carbon monoxide poisoning. Dr. Joseph F. Porter said Woodbury also had pneumonia. Assistant County Attorney Kenneth Baird of Portland said there were no visible signs of violence on the body. Deputy Sheriff Harold Whittemore reported that a crack was found in the exhaust pipe in front of the muffler, under the front seat of the car. The death is still under investigation.
