Obituary	MRS. HOPE T. POMROY Mrs. Hope T. Pomroy, 43, wife of Earle A Pomroy, died early tuesday morning in a Bangor Hospital after a period of failing health. Funeral services were held this afternoon at the Methodist Church. The Rev. Samuel A. Bowman of Oakland, a former paster here, and Rev. Joseph Clare officiated. Interment was in MT. Pleasant Cemetery. She was born in Dexter July 16, 1908, the daughter of Marion and Lilla (Young) Tucker. A graduate of N. H. Fay High school and state teachers college at Farmington, she had taught school in Wellington and Garland. She was a member of the Dexter Teachers Club. Surviving besides her husband are a son, Earle, Jr., of Dexter; two sisters, Mrs. Charity Penleton, Isleboro, Mrs. Lulu Blood of Ayer, Mass.; also several nieces and nephews.
