Obituary	MRS. ALICE W. HILL Funeral services were held this afternoon (Thurs.) at the Dexter Methodist Church for Mrs. Alice W. Hill, 85, who died Monday night at the Plummer Memorial Hospital after a long period of failing health. The Rev. Hartwell Daley officiated, assisted by the Rev. Joseph M. Trask, Episcopal vicar of Brownville. Interment was in the Exeter village cemetery. Mrs. Hill was born in Livermore Falls, Aug. 10, 1869, daughter of Tristram and Charlotte (Goding) Webber. For 17 years she conducted a millinery business here, but following her marriage to the late Francis W. Hill they went to Bangor to make their home and she continued in the millinery business for 23 years in that city. Following the death of her husband, Mrs. Hill returned to Dexter in 1942 and since has made her home with her sister, Mrs. Grace Cyphers. She was a member of the Episcopal Church in Exeter, a member for many years of the Business and Professional Women's Club of Bangor, and a member of the WSCS of the Dexter Methodist Church. She is survived by three sisters, Miss Carrie Webber, Mrs. Grace Cyphers, both of Dexter, Mrs. Louise Charbonneau, St. Petersburg, Fla.; a brother, Willis Webber, Wakefield, Mass., several nieces and nephews.
