EDMUND BROUIN DEXTER, Dec. 3 — Edmund Brouin, ‘78, a resident here for about 60 years, died suddenly Wednesday morning at his home after a long illness. Brouin was born October 4 1880 in St. Joseph’s, P. Q., the son of Thomas and Marie (Ganeau) Brouin. Ho was a retired weaver and had worked for several years in local woolen mills. He was a member of the St. Jean Baptiste Society of St. Anne’s Catholic Church. Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Cyrilla Braley of Dexter; two sisters, Mrs. Ovela. Nolet of St. Maurice, P. Q., and Mrs. Wilfrid Champagne of St. Odilon, P. Q.; six brothers, Gustave of Quebec, Louis and Thomas of St. Odiloñ; Claudias of St. Germoine, P. Q., Wilfred of Montreal and Joseph of Somersworth, N. H.; and one grandson. A funeral mass will be said Saturday morning at 9 o’clock at St. Anne’s Church by the Rev. J. P. Sevigny. Burial will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
