Obituary	MRS. MARION S. GOWDY Mrs Marion S. Gowdy, wife of Albert E. Gowdy, died at her home late Wednesday evenimg, after .sev eral months illness. Funeral services will be held from Crosby’s funeral home Saturday at 2 p. m., the Rev. Tireodore A. Webb officiating. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant cemetery. • Mrs. Gowdy was born : Plymouth. Jan. 20, 1898, and has been a resident of Dexter since 11 years of age. She was united in marriage to Albert El, Gowdy Sept. 16, 1928. Mrs Go’wdy was a member of the Universalist Church, an active member of the Order of Eastern Star, and the Eastern Star Club. Besides her husband, she is survived by her mother, Mrs. Alice •Cates, tw.o aunts and several cousins.
