JACOB G. CARD DEXTER, Nov. 20—Jacob Gray Card, 62, son of Richard B. and Clara (Hinkley) Card, died at a local hospital Nov. 19 after a short illness. Born in Eastport, March 8, 1885, he attended Dexter schools, and served his apprenticeship at the Fay and Scott machine shop. He i married Louise Bridgham of Dexter, later moving to Somervillei Mass., where the couple resided for more than 30 years. During that time, he was employed at the I Watertown arsenal. Less than two years ago, he re_: turned to Dexter and with his wife,! moved to the Bridgham residence on Maple street in Dexter. Besides his wife, he is survived I by three Sons, Robert W. of. Gloucester, Mass,, Thomas B. and James H., both of Somerville; a daughter, Mrs. Frances Mary Cannon of Hamden, Conn.; six grandchildren; and a brother, Fred Card of Wakefield, Mass. Funeral services will he held at! the home on Maple street, Dexter, Saturday morning, at 10 o’clock, Rev. Stanley Allan Macdonell, rector of Saint John’s Episcopal church in Brownville Junction, olliciating.
