Obituary	PHILLIP D. DUBAY Phillip David Dubay, 61 died at his home last night following an illness of three years. Born in Old Town, April 30, 1893, son of Joseph and Lucy Delaware Dubay, he lived in Dexter for 42 years and was in the restaurant business for more than 25 years here. He is survived by his wife Ruth Dyer Dubay; six sons, Merle of Dexter, Raymond of Silver Spring, Md., Dana of New York City, Gary in U. S. Navy, Richard and David of Dexter; two daughters, Mrs. Barbara Herring of Guilford and Mrs. Greta Field of Camp Klimer, N. J.; three brothers, John of Texas, Charles and Fred of Old Town; a sister, Mrs. Anna LaGasse of Old Town; several nieces and nephews.
