Obituary	LEONARD STONE DEXTEIt — Leonard J. Stone, 74, died Tuesday after noon at a local hospital after short illness. He was born Oct. 26, •1892 it Willimantic. the son of Leonar E. and Elvira (Leighton) Stone At the age of nine, Stone movec to Garland where he spent mosi of his life. He was a 50.yeaz member of the Garland Grange, worked as a farmer, and retired about 10 years ago after working for 17 years in the Faye-Scott Machine Shop in Dexter. Survivors in addition to his wife, Clara (Butters) Stone in dude two sons, Paul L. of Exeter and Raymond Lee of Garland; two grand-daughters, Joanhe Edith Stone and Jayne Lessee Stone, both of Garland; three grandsons, Paul R., Leonard J. and Grover D. all of Exeter; one great-grandson, one niece and several cousins. Funeral services will be held at the Crosby Funeral Home in Dexter, Friday at 2:30 p.m. with Frederick Marsh of Cor-, inna officiating. Burial will be in the West Gar. Land Cemetery. Friends may call at the fusieral home Wednesday and Thursfuy from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
