Obituary	MRS. THOMAS MERRILL Funeral services were held Wednesday morning at St Anne's Catholic Church for Mrs. Nellie Cloutier Merrill, 76, who died Monday, after a long illness, at the home of her cousin, Mrs. Robert Atwater, where she was being cared for. The Rev. Josaphat Sevigny officiated. Interment will take place next spring at Mt. Pleasant cemetery. The bearers were: Vincent Ganeau, Robert Atwater, Thomas Ambrose Elbridge Atwater, all of Dexter; Albert J. Clukey of Sebec and Dana Michaud of Stockbridge, Vt. The widow of H. Thomas Merrill, she was born in Dexter, Jan. 18, 1878, daughter of Thomas and Mary Ganeau Cloutier. She was a former president of St. Anne's Good Will Society, a member of St. Anne's Sodality and a former member of Ascension Circle, Daughters of Isabella. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Forrest Otis of Rochester, N. H., and Mrs. Thomas Michaud of E. Rochester, N. H., nieces, nephews and cousins.
