Obituary	ALLISON "AL"WAYNE FOLSOM June 4,1932 - September 24,2008 MT. ANGEL -Allison "AI"Wayne Folsom, age 76, passed at Providence Benedictine Nursing Center in Mt. Angel, Ore. He was born in Bangor, Maine to Agatha Burke. He was married to Margo Higinia for seventeen years and then married Marilyn Folsom in 1979. Al is survived by Marilyn, his spouse of 29 years; his daughter, Julie Farmer; his son, Wayne Folsom; 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and a brother, Pete. He is preceded in death by his mother, Agatha. Al graduated from NH Fay High School in Dexter, Maine and earned a degree from the Spartan School of Aeronautics in Tulsa, Okla. He was in the U.S. Air Force and; served in the Korean War. His career spanned 50 years in the aviation field specializing in Quality Assurance and management. Al loved football and spent his off hours as a coach. He was an active member of his church and everyone around him would say he was a good guy and a faithful friend. There is a void in the universe without All Folsom. Services for Al were held October 11, 2008 at St. Phillip Catholic Church in Dallas, Oregon.
