Obituary	FRANK DOW, JR. Dexter, April 3-- The body of Frank Dow, Jr., 15-years old son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Dow of Washington, D.C., will arrive here Thursday. The body will be taken to the Ramsey & Gates undertaking rooms where friends may call at 4:30 o'clock. The boy's grandparents formerly lived in this city. For the past year the boy has been a patient in the New York hospital, where he was taken after he had been severely injured when a batted baseball struck him in the face. A cancer resulted from the flesh bruises.
