Obituary	EARL K.AWALT SR. Earl K. Await Sr., 66, of Ellsworth died Nov. 11 at a Blue Hill Hospital. He was born Aug. 18, 19O8 in Dexter, the son of William Norb (Raynald) Awalt. He was a woodsman and lumberman for most of his life. Surviving are a son, Earl A. Awalt, Jr., of North Ellsworth; three stepsons, Robert Shepard of Florida, Edward and George Shepard both of Kingsboro, Mass.; three daughters, Mrs. Marian Gray of Somersworth, N.H.; Mrs. Eva G Grindle of Germany and Mrs. Alice M. Taylor of Newport, R.I.; one stepdaughter, Mrs. June Trinker of Miami, Fla.; two brothers, Besta Awalt of Ellsworth and Andrew Awalt of Dedham; three sisters, Mrs. Harvard (Barbara) Howes of Carmel, Mrs. Ruby McNulley of California; and Mrs. Linwood (Lorince) Pearl of Dexter; 32 grandchildren; and 8 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Jordon Funeral Home. Interment was in North Bend, Surry.
