Obituary	LEWIS ISREAL LOVELY DEXTER - Lewis Isreal Lovely known to most as "Snook" passed away on October 2, 2007 at EMMC in Bangor after being diagnosed with lung cancer just a year ago. He was born August 5, 1942 in Caribou, the son of the late Cleo and Thomas LeVasseur. He loved to fish and dance. He enjoyed playing cards and loved to listen to the old-time country music. He is survived by his wife of 8 years, Helen Giles of Dexter. He has four step-children, David Thompson of Corinna, Amanda Thompson of Guilford, Deanna Thompson of Kansas, and Ann Bond of Kansas. He has 10 step-grandchildren. Three brothers Samuel Lovely and his wife Betty of North Vassalboro, Thomas LeVasseur Jr. of Plymouth, and Douglas LeVasseur and his wife of Waynesville, MO. Two sisters Ehtel Blair and her husband of Detroit and Peggy Sinclair and her husband of Ripley. He was predeceased by an infant sister in 1944, two small children in 1974, and his parents Cleo and Thomas LeVasseur in 1999 and 2004. Several nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside services were held on October 5,2007 in the Sawyer Cemetery, Plymouth, with service conducted by Brooke Scott of Guilford.
