Obituary	Charles H. Wilson, 83, died July 15, 1997 at the Sandy River Center for Health Care and Rehabilitation in Farmington where he had been a resident since august of 1990. Born in Auburn, February 26, 1914, he was the son of Charles H. and Shirley M. (Heth) Wilson. He was educated in the schools of Auburn. Married Natalie Haseltin September 3, 1937 in Dex¬ter. She died 1943. He then married Verna M. Stubbs August 30, 1946 in Dexter. She died December 14,1994. Charles was a machinist for over 34 years, working for Fayscott-Landis Machine Shop in Dexter. Retiring in February, 1977. He resided in Dover-Foxcroft for several years. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Dexter. Charles enjoyed his cottage in Sebec Lake and loved to hunt and fish. He is survived by four sons: C. Eric Wilson of Abineton, MA, C. Wayne Wilson of Buffalo Creek, CO, Joseph V. Wilson of Mt. Sidney, VA, John Wilson of Dedham, MA; three daughters: Connie L. Calkin of Golden, CO, Gayle P. Lucas of Pineville, Louisiana, Karen Seams of Anson; A sister, Ruth Dunn of Gorham; 18 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and was predeased by a sister June. A memorial service was held July 16,1997 at the Sandy River Center for Health Care and Rehabilitation in Farmington. At the request of the family there were no visitation hours.
