Obituary	Mrs. Abbie Curtis Mrs. Abbie L. Curtis died Friday morning at the home of her daughter Mrs. Fred Tibbets, on Highland avenue, after several weeks’ illness. Mrs. Curtis w as born in Dexter, 82 years ago and has spent most of her life in this town and Ripley. She was the widow of the late Lewis C. Curtis. Besides the daughter at whose home she died, she is survived by two other daughters, Mrs. Harry Packard of Corinna and Mrs. Ada Lane of Ripley, also by a son Frank Curtis, of Dex- ter. Funeral services were held, Sun- day afternoon at 1:30 from the Tib- betts home. Rev. Elijah Mercer of the Methodist church officiated.
