Obituary	MRS. JOHN RAFFORD Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Morrison Rafford, 72, were held Thursday morning at the Crosby Funeral Home. The Rev. Hartwell Daley of the Methodist Church officiated. Burial was at Houlton with prayers at the cemetery. Mrs. Rafford, who died early Monday evening at the local hospital after several months' illness, was born April 27, 1881, in Smyrna Mills, daughter of Samuel and Amelia (McKee) Morrison. The Raffords were residents of Houlton prior to coming to Dexter about 15 years ago. She was a member of the Royal Neighbors of Houlton, and for many years had been a member of the WSCS of the local Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, John, of Dexter; two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Kelley of Dexter with whom they made their home and Mrs. Rhobena O'Neal, Norridgewock; two brothers, Grover Morrison, Winterport, and Samuel Morrison, Island Falls, six grandchildren, two great grandchildren nephews and nieces.
