HUGH K.JUNCK Hugh Kennedy Junck, 70, died last Wednesday at a Bangor hospi- tal. He was born in Pilttsfield, Aug. 17, 1898, the son of Thomas J. and Minnie Parkman Junck. He made his home in Garland most of his life, where he was em- ployed at the Twin Brook Poultry Farm for many years. He moved to Dexter several years ago where he had been employed since by the Amos Abbott Company. Mr. Junck was a member of Pa- cific Masonic Lodge of Exeter; St. John's Chapter, Royal Arch Ma- sons of Dexter; Mt. Moriah Coun- cil of Skowhegan; Signet Chapter, Order of Eastern Star, Exeter; Garland Grange and state and na- tional granges. Surviving besides his widow, Mrs. Grace Champion Junck of Dexter are a daughter, Mrs. Clar- ence V. (Marjorie) Harrington of Dexter; three grandsons and sev- eral cousins. Funeral services were held at the Crosby Funeral Home with the Rev. Philip Mather, pastor, of the First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Pittsfield Vil- lage Cemetery. Honorary bearers were Chester Strout and John Knowles, Dexter; Sidney Nightingale and Dwaine Giles, Garland.
