HARRY BEARCE PARKMAN — Harry L. Bearce, 78, died Thursday at a Dover-Foxcroft nursing home following a long illness. He was born in Dover-Fox- croft, Feb. 13, 1889, the son of Peter and Lena (Ronco) Bearce. Bearce worked for many years as a weaver in local wool- en mills; he was a past master of North Dexter Grange; a member of the Piscataquis Po- mona; and attended the Holy Family Church in Sangerville. Surviving are his widow, Marion of here; three sons, Lin- wood A. and Nelson J., both of, South Coventry, Conn., and Harry P. of here; one daughter, Mrs. Dora Starboard of North Dexter; one sister, Mrs. Stella Curtis of Dover-Foxcroft; one brother, Ralph, also of Dover- Foxcroft: two half brothers, Jasper Willett of Monmouth, Ore, and Peter Bearce of Dover- Foxcroft; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Crosby-Neal Funeral Home in Guilford. Funeral services will be held in the Holy Family Church Sat- urday at 10 a.m. Father Mi- chael McGarrigle will officiate. Burial will be in Tingree Center Cemetery.
