Obituary	ROBERT W. HANDY GARLAND — SSgt. Robert W. Handy, 27, stationed at Ramey AFB, Puerto Rico, drowned accidentally Saturday while swimming. He was born June 30, 1942, at Middletown, Conn., the son of Woodrow and Jeanette (Lewis) Handy of Garland, who survive him. He graduated from Dexter High School in 1960. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Dorcas. (Lowell) Handy of Puerto Rico; one daughter, Pa- tricia; two sons, Jonathan Charles and Adam James; one brother, Bruce, stationed with the U.S. Army in Thailand; one sister, Mrs. Jeanne Scharnberg of Cajon, Calif.; his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Rose Handy of Guilford, Conn.; one ma- ternal g randimother, Mrs. Charles Pandiani, of Deep River, Conn.; many aunts uncles and cousins. Military funeral services will be announced.
