Obituary	ARTHUR D. RUSS TOPSHAM — Arthur D. Russ 72, a native of Dexter, died Sept. 13 in a Brunswick hospi- tal. He was born Sept. 26, 1897, the son of Edgar and Emma Russ. Russ attended Dexter schools, and worked several years for the Prudential Insurance Co. He later worked as a machinest in Saco, and came to Topsham in 1938 to work for the Hyde Wind-. Lass Co. in Bath. Prior to retirement in 1963, he worked for the Pejepscot Pa- per Co. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Cassie . (Thompson) RUSS of Topsham; three daughters, Mrs. Geraldine Morrill of Lincoln, Mrs. Arnold King and Mrs. Maurice Avery, both of Topsham; a sis- ter, Mrs. Katherine Wilcox of Rangeley; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild: several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Wed- nesday at 3 p.m. in the Brackett Funeral Home, 29 Federal St., Brunswick, with the Rev. Edgar Keslake officiating. Burial will be in Bay View Cemetery, Bowdoinham.
